Study-- Correlation between religiousness and crime

I've been saying this all along. I just love meta-analysis! I know... I know... preaching to the choir here.

I have never encountered a more fervently religious population than I did while working in the prison system--with a population convicted of violating the most basic tenants of their belief system. So this study doesn't surprise me, but, as I'm sure you know, studies like this and like the studies that show religious people are happier and live longer etc., are essentially worthless, because you can't possibly account for all of the variables. No doubt religious people are more likely to commit crimes and violate standard moralities, but religious people are also more likely than the affluent to be poor and uneducated.

Strange, though, that this wasn't reported on Fox news. LOL.

hey there HH. Didn't get to see the video before it was removed. Any chance of getting a synopsis on what I missed?
